The Alumni of the school now known as Kisumu School have termed the action as barbaric, uncouth and retrogressive in nature hence deserves condemned in the strongest terms possible. Kisumu Police Commander Samuel Anampiu says the police operation carried out yesterday evening within Korando B Sub-location on illicit brews and drugs ended up netting the six students of Tiengre Mixed Secondary school who were found in a rental house within the area. He says the operation was carried out by the Police Officers from Kogony Police post jointly with the Assistant Chief of Korando B Sub-location within Otonglo area in Kisumu West Sub-county. This project will see the digitization of information on community health services across the country.   The Ministry of Health has settled on Kisumu to test the ambitious Electronic Community health Information System (eCHIS) which will cost Sh 5.2 billion once completed across the country.   The project expected to revolutionize the delivery of health care deep in rural parts of the country.
