Principal Secretary in charge of Information, Communication, Technology and Innovation Jerome Ochieng said the Government has embarked on a paln where it has begun to distribute land title deeds which will see Kisumu benefit from part of 1 million title deeds that were in the last one month produced to be given to land owners across the country.
