Kisumu Resident Magistrate Beryl Omollo has ordered that the Suspect Collins Oulo Okundi be subjected to brain assessment test at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kisumu City. Okundi is suspected to have killed Barack Oduor, the bodyguard of Idah Odinga who is the wife of Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga nearly three weeks ago in Kisumu. Delivering the ruling, Kisumu Resident Magistrate Beryl Omollo also ordered that the suspect be reminded in custody within Kodiaga Prisons where he will be arraigned in court to take plea
