Kisumu County Assembly clerk ranked the best in Nyanza region


Kisumu County Assembly Clerk has been ranked the best Assembly Clerk in Nyanza region in a recent survey of the 4th County Gala Awards.

 

Clerk to the County Assembly of Kisumu Owen Ojuok has been declared the best in Nyanza region where there are six County Assemblies.

 

According to an Invitation letter to the Kisumu County Assembly clerk inviting him for the County Gala Awards in Mombasa on March 5 this year said their objective approach, analysis and survey shows that the Kisumu County Assembly Clerk has been rated the best clerk of the county Assembly in Nyanza region in terms of his individual performance.

 

The invitation says the winners will be awarded certificates, trophies and a gold plated wall plaque to be given by the County Gala Awards at a hotel in Mombasa on March 5 this year.

 

 The Kisumu County Assembly Clerk Owen Ojuok has attributed the success to the transformation the Assembly has had in terms of development and the peace the Assembly currently enjoys which has assisted in administration and enabled the Assembly to effectively perform its work of legislation, representation and oversight.

 

The forthcoming County Gala Awards is the fourth edition.
