A lobby group known as Suba Development Forum urges the National Government to expand the program from Nairobi so as to cover other parts of the country as well. Suba Development Forum Coordinator Bernard Arap Okebe says even other parts of the country are also hit hard on the issues of basic human needs hence the need to extend the Stipend to such areas. Under the banner of the Nyanza Council of Church leaders, the Clergy appeals to President Uhuru Kenyatta to allow the congregation to   attend the church services as they used to do before the ban that was enforce about three weeks ago.
