THE Nyanza Administration Police Commander Joseph Keitany has vehemently refuted claims by Kisumu County ODM Gubernatorial Candidate Prof. Peter Anyang’ Nyongo that he is allegedly colluding with Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma to rig election in his favor and that of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
