Kisumu County Governor Jack Ranguma has called for maintenance of peace during this electioneering period. Ranguma says the maintenance of peace is very vital for development within the county. May 31, 2017. County Government purchases shs 59M water drilling equipment.    THE County Government of Kisumu has purchased a new state of art water drilling equipment at shs 59 Million. Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma has said the equipment will greatly help in the drilling of water boreholes in areas with serious water problems within the county. Ranguma says the machine is capable in drilling up to 360 Meters to get water from the Ground, adding that it has three units including a tester. A NUMBER of Jubilee Party aspirants who have been issued with nomination certificates for the various seats in Kisumu County have been urged to help in campaigning and deliver votes for the party.
