A Judicial officer working at the Municipal Court within Kisumu City has relocated the court sessions due to non-conducive working environment. The Officer, a senior resident Magistrate within the Municipal Court now the Kisumu County Court relocated to court 4 of the Kisumu Old Law Court building after allegedly complaining of non-conducive working environment. The officer reportedly left the work station due to an alleged filth emanating from waste products from bats which have infested the place with impunity. THE CITY Management of Kisumu is seeking the services of a private company to help in managing the streets lighting within Kisumu City. Kisumu City Manager Doris Ombara says the project of lighting up the city has taken an estimated cost of 10 million hence needs to be properly managed.
