The Kenya Revenue Authority and the Media are working closely to ensure that the issue of tax compliance is fully highlighted so that many people pay tax willingly. Former President of the East African Law Society Senior Counsel James Aggrey Mwamu says the constitution and the laws bar Civil Servants including Cabinet Secretaries from engaging deeply in politics. Former President of the East African Law Society James Aggrey Mwamu says this is a very unlawful order that must be condemned in the strongest terms possible.
