Media Council of Kenya Chief Executive Officer David Omwoyo says the council has decided to conduct the exercise soon hence to ensure that only those who are professionals and duly accredited by the council are the ones employed in the media houses. The Chairman of the Health Committee at the County Assembly of Kisumu Vincent Jagongo says the Bill now seeks to get views of members of the public before it is taken to the County Assembly for debate and passage.
