Doctors in Public Health facilities in Kisumu County have agreed to go back to work after calling off their strike but insist that their Collective Bargaining Agreement of 2017 and the Return to Work Agreement signed this year in June must be fully implemented as they are. A Postmortem that has been conducted today on the body of the deceased lying at Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary has revealed that blood clot in the vein on the Judge’s right leg dislodged and choked the heart when the vein got unblocked. Addressing the press after conducting the autopsy, Chief Government Pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor said the postmortem report shows that the judge died suddenly that emanates from the blood clot in the vein of his right leg. He says this then caused the sudden death of the deceased, adding that the cause of death is Pulmonary Thromboembolism. He says the
