The Dam’s construction has been in delays since the days of three successive regimes ranging from former Presidents Moi, Kibaki, Uhuru and now the current one of President Dr. William Ruto. The Kenya Revenue Authority and the Media are working closely to ensure that the issue of tax compliance is fully highlighted so that many people pay tax willingly.
