THERE is need to have a Commission in charge of health issues across the country which is anchored in the constitution when the National Referendum is held to change the current constitution, an expert on health issues has said. Dr. James Obondi, an orthopedic Surgeon consultant says it was wrong to come up with a constitution in the year 2010 without a health service commission. This is after the Board of Directors has unanimously elected Vinod Patel as news Chairman.  The new Chairman takes over from the immediate Chairman Israel Agina who retired on 23 November this year after being at the Board for 12 years.
