EDUCATION Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha has clarified that there will be no national Examination conducted by the Kenya National Examination Council to grade three pupils under the new system of education. Prof. Magoha says the reports that has appeared in a section of the local dailies that there will be a national examination administered to all grade three pupils at the end of their final year in lower primary while proceeding to grade four are misleading and not true. Government Releases sh 2 Billion for TVET,Says PS.
