ICT and Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owallo says the program is aimed at enhancing Digital economy. Addressing the residents of Ahero Town today during the Launch of the Public Free wifi, Owallo said the Government has decided to enable ordinary Kenyans to access World Wide Web for business transactions and income generating.
