THE Voice of Salvation and Healing Church International is in a state of mourning after its founder Arch Bishop Silas Owiti has died. A number of the church members trooped into the Home of Owiti so as to condole with the family following his untimely death. Arch Bishop Owiti has died while undergoing treatment at Aga Khan Hospital in Kisumu City last night aged over 90 years.
