Plans in top gear to receive Prophet Owuor for prayer meeting in Kisumu

Mega plans have been put in place so as to ensure that Prophet Dr. David Owuor’s arrival in Kisumu this week is okay.

Dr. Owuor of the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness is expected to arrive in Kisumu for a two day conference cum prayer meeting at Jomo Kenyatta Sports Ground within the Central Business District.

By today, a number of clergy from the Ministry visited the venue where the prayer is supposed to be held so as to check on it ahead of the Prophet’s arrival this Friday.

Deputy Arch Bishop of the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness Hellen Ochieng says preparations are in top gears to receive the Prophet in Kisumu.

The Deputy Arch Bishop says the prayer meeting will be held on this week on December 21 and 22.

She says the prayer meeting will attract Pastors, Bishops, Arch Bishops and all those people who believe in Repentance and Holiness in line with the teaching of Jesus Christ.

Ochieng also adds that everyone is welcomed to attend the prayer meeting so as to get the sermon from Prophet Dr. David Owuor who will deliver God’s message to His people.

“We have put all plans to ensure that the Prayer meeting that will be held in Kisumu is a successful one. We welcome everyone to this great meeting,” the Deputy Arch Bishop says.

She confirmed that already the Ministry has engaged the National Police Service so as to help in providing security during the prayer meeting, adding that a huge crowd is expected to turn up during the said meeting that will be held for two days.

Around Jomo Kenyatta Sports Ground, Banners bearing the message about the prayer meeting in Kisumu have been erected as various followers of Ministry been seen milling around the venue ahead of the mega prayer meeting.

Several years ago, Prophet Dr. David Owuor held a mega revival Prayer meeting in Kisumu where he preached about repentance to the people who attended it.
