First garden conferencing facility opens its door in Kisumu

First garden conferencing facility opens its door in Kisumu

THE First ever garden conference facility has officially opened its door in Kisumu as this is seen as a major boost in the hospitality Industry in Kenya.

The facility Known as Lovely Garden Guest Home {LGGH} which is situated in Mkendwa area within Kisumu West constituency along Kisumu Kakamega Highway is the first of its kind in Kenya.

Addressing the guests during its official opening, LGGH Director Engineer Benjamin Anambo said the facility gives Kisumu and its environs a new product in the hospitality Industry.

Anambo says the new product gives the people an opportunity to do their conferencing in a garden serene set up.

“Here, we will be able to show people nature through tree, fruits, grass and flowers within this our garden conferencing facility and they will be able to feel natural cool environment while they do their meetings here in the outskirt of the Kisumu City,” Engineer Anambo says.

Anambo says the facility has been in existence for nearly 444 days and its official opening now marks a new beginning in the hospitality industry in Kisumu City and Kenya in general.

“We are known to maintain high standards of cleanliness, Friendliness, customer service and are always consistent”, Anambo adds.

He says as a form of Corporate Social Responsibility, the facility has been able to do street lights within Mkendwa area so as to help in improving the security within.

The Director further says they have also been able to improve the road network within to increase accessibility,

Alai says as the County Government of Kisumu, they are very much happy with such a new initiative of the conference gardening facility.

“We want to ensure that when you have conferences in Kisumu, you can have options of being indoors in the hotels or be outside in the new environment of conference gardening,” Alai says.

Alai says the new facility gives a variety of people to experience its ambiance with a maximum capacity of 300 people attending the gardening conferencing.

The Lovely garden conferencing facility in Kisumu features three halls with a capacity to host over 300 participants.

It also has a garden Kitchen and restaurant, ample and secure parking space, high speed internet, exquisite garden lighting, modern lavatories, security and a calming garden feel.
