ABOUT 7,000 students have been awarded bursary from the Kisumu Central National Government Constituency Development fund bursary. The students ranging from Secondary, Tertiary institutions and Driving schools have been awarded the bursary to help in paying fees for their education. Speaking during the launch of the Bursary program, Kisumu Central Member of Parliament Fred Odhiambo Ouda said his priority is to ensure the needy students within the constituency are supported to get education with easy through the bursary fund.
