Kenya Private Schools Association Chair retains seat for second term

 

The Kenya Private Schools Association has held its elections where the current Chairman has retained the seat and will serve the second term.

 

Charles Ochome, the Director of Golden Elites Schools has been re-elected to serve for his second term up to 2025.

 

Addressing the press during the event, Ochome has thanked the Kenya Private Schools Association’s Fraternity for re-electing him for the second time to serve them.

 

Ochome says a lot is expected from the new team, adding that they will do what they can to serve the members fully.

 

He says his office is fully ready to serve all its members without fear, favor or victimization.

 

“We are here to change the history of the Kenya Private Schools Association. As a new team a lot is expected from us and we must do the work,” Ochome says.

 

He urges the team to work together towards the prosperity of the Association.

 

Malonza Mulee, the Returning Officer declared the re-elected chairman after garnering 764 votes during the Kenya Private Schools Association’s this year’s Annual General meeting.

 

Solomon Munene who has been the closest challenger for Ochome accepted the outcome of the elections that was hotly contested.

 

Before his Election as Kenya Private Schools Association, Ochome had served as Hon Secretary for two terms.
