I don’t have problems with MCA Central Seme ward, a Chief Officer says

A Chief Officer working at the County Government of Kisumu has clarified that he has no problem with the current Central Seme Member of County Assembly Sally Okudo.

Chief Officer in charge of Gender, Children and Youth Affairs Haggai Kadiri says there is no bad blood between him and the MCA who represent Central Seme ward.

Addressing the media in Kisumu, Kadiri said the MCA is like her sister since both come from Seme sub-county hence no need to hold any grudge with her.

The officer claims that one of the elected leaders from the area is busy undermining him by having goons hired to heckle him whenever he attends funeral functions in Seme which he adds is his home.
He has asked the lawmaker not to engage in acts of misusing the youth and damp those without making them have meaningful development.

“I want to ask politicians not to engage in acts of misusing the youth after which they leave them without making them have meaningful development,” he says.

Khadiri claims that what the MCA for Central Seme ward uttered during last weekend while in West Seme is part of a wider scheme of undermining him within the area.

“I want to ask this politician to kindly tame some of his people he is using to undermine me.I don’t want to talk to his people but I have resorted to address him directly.

Central Seme ward Member of County Assembly Sally Okudo last weekend while within Seme area ask Kadiri to stop meddling into the affairs of the ward especially on the issue of the constitution of the ward Bursary committee members while claiming that the office having been coming from Seme had an upper hand in ensuring people close to him got elected into such a committee.

Some weeks ago, the Central Seme Ward Representative allegedly had an altercation with the Seme Sub-County Administration Officer Mr. Rawlings Angira over the issue related to the bursary funds which should be given to the residents of Central Seme Ward.
