We are still waiting for a new date of Raila’s Swearing-in, Lobby says.

A LOBBY Group in Kisumu has said that it is still waiting for the new date when the National Super Alliance Leader Raila Odinga will be sworn-in as the people’s President.

The group known as the National Resistance Movement {NRM} Kondele Brigade says they are still supporting the Nasa Leader Raila Odinga fully.

Addressing the press conference at Jomo Kenyatta Sports ground in Kisumu today, the Group led by Orange Democratic Movement Party Kondele Ward Chairman George Anayo, Harrison Ombore and Ronald Aloo both of Manyatta Bunge la Wananchi, Haji Hassan from the Central Square Bunge la wananchi say Nasa Supporters in Kisumu are still waiting for the date when Nasa Leader will be sworn-in.

In a press statement read on behalf of the group by Harrion Ombore, the claim that the move to postpone the swearing-in of Nasa leader on December 12 this year did not augur on well with most of the coalition’s supporters in Kisumu.

“Our support for Raila Odinga still remains on the right course and we will not relent and as Nasa supporters we are still waiting for our Leader Raila Odinga to be sworn-in and we are eagerly waiting for the new date,” they say.

They say the coalition should ensure that the people’s assemblies are formed and succeed.
“We urge the coalition to ensure that the issue of people’s assembly is fully achieved and this should be in top gears,” they add.

The Group maintains that they do not recognize the repeat presidential poll that was held on October 26 this year hence.

“Since our people did not participate in the repeat presidential elections, we therefore still do not recognize that election at all,” they further say.

The Group further says they will still carry on with the issue of resisting the products that the Nasa had listed for boycott.

They further urge ODM Deputy Party leader Ali Hassan Joho to continue supporting the Nasa Leader until what the coalition wants is fully achieved, adding that  they should ensure that the issue of People’s Assembly is fully achieved.

The Group has also urge Nasa Advisor Miguna Miguna and others to ensure that National Resistance Movement remains on the right Course.
