Multichoice Kenya opens branch in Ksm.
 
The Multichoice Kenya has opened a branch dedicated to serve both DStv and GOtv subscribers in Kisumu and the larger Western and Nyanza region.  

The branch is located at Al-Imran Plaza and will give subscribers a one-stop service point with comprehensive service delivery. 

Speaking during the official opening of the Branch today GOtv Kenya General Manager Simon Kariithi praised the Kisumu County Government for creating a conducive business environment and supporting wealth creation. 

“We are delighted to expand our footprint within Kisumu County which is yet another milestone towards improving our service delivery in this region,"the General Manager says.

He says the  opening of the new branch is a response to the feedback the company  get from their customers as it strive to shape their business to respond to customer needs.

"Customers are at the heart of our business and we want to improve their experience whenever and wherever they engage with us.” Kariithi adds.

 Kisumu County Executive Committee(CEC)Member in charge of  Trade Industrialization and Energy Alice Moraa says they are keen to improve trade in Kisumu county and are glad to partner with organizations like MultiChoice that make a significant contribution towards trade and development in the county.

"Improving business is a key deliverable for my department and that involves enhanced services for buyers. This is a welcome contribution by MultiChoice and we hope that you can expand to other areas within the county to offer the same services to more residents across the county.”Moraa says.

During the launch, MultiChoice Kenya also surprised Kisumu County residents with a special appearance of the Maisha Magic-locally produced telenovela, Selina show cast who travelled to serve customers at the branch. 

The new branch brings to 6 the total number of MultiChoice branches in the country. Customers can now access a full range of services including payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics, customer care support, software upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services and purchase of accessories among others.

The branch with be an addition to the 5 existing MultiChoice branches in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nyeri, which are supported by 18 service agents & over 200 Electronic Service partners across the country. 

Multichoice has also partnered with San Electronics, Bhavniks and Powerlite electronics who are our accredited service agents in Kisumu where both new and existing subscribers can also get sales and after sales support within Kisumu town.

The MultiChoice Service Centre will be open daily from 8am to 8pm on weekdays, 9am to 8pm on weekends and 9am to 5pm on public holidays.
