Olago endorses Ranguma's re-election bid.

KISUMU West Member of Parliament John Olago Aluoch has endorsed Kisumu County Governor Jack Ranguma’s re-election bid.

Olago says Ranguma is capable is being re-elected so as to serve his second and final term in office as the Governor.

Speaking at Usoma Village on Thursday during the handing over to the County Government of Kisumu of Maternity wing of Usoma Dispensary constructed by Kisumu West Constituency National Government CDF ,Olago said priority in voting in the forth-coming General Elections will be given to Raila Odinga who is the National Super Alliance Presidential candidate.

He says he will campaign for the Nasa Presidential Candidate whom he will ensure that he gets the highest number of Presidential votes within the constituency.

“The first priority in voting will be given to Nasa Presidential Candidate Raila Odinga and there is no negotiation about this as we will ensure that he gets the highest number of votes in the forth-coming General Elections,” Olago says.

Olago then says the only Governor he is comfortable working with while being the Kisumu West MP after the forthcoming polls is the current Governor Jack Ranguma who he has rooted for his re-election bid.

“We are not ready to exchange a whole bull with a calf as this is very much impossible and the only person I can comfortably work with as the Governor is Jack Ranguma who is the current Governor ,” Olago adds.

The legislator has urged the electorates in Kisumu County to re-elect Ranguma for his second and final term in office.

Olago who is seeking re-election on Ford Kenya party ticket has however dismissed the call for six piece voting pattern being spearheaded by ODM Party candidates, saying the electorates will elect leaders based on their policies.

Olago has also urged the electorates to elect leaders of their choice as Members of the County Assembly in Kisumu based on the policies they sell to them.

The MP has also taken his time to drum up support for himself while urging the electorates in Kisumu West to re-elect him for a second term in Kisumu West Constituency so as to be able to continue with the various development he has initiated during his tenure as the MP.

John Olago Aluoch is seeking a re-election on a Ford Kenya Party Ticket which he was elected in 2013 General Election as the first MP of the Kisumu West Constituency which was hived off from the then larger Kisumu Town West Constituency.

Olago first served as the MP for then larger Kisumu Town West from 2007 to 2013 when he was elected on ODM Party ticket and then moved to the then newly created Kisumu West Constituency in 2013 where he was elected on a Ford Kenya Party Ticket where he serves as the current Member of Parliament.
